Andy has been in Financial Services since 1987 and started his career with Eagle Star. At Eagle Star Andy held various sales support and business development roles before moving to Zurich IFA Group as a Business Analyst in 1998.

During his time at Zurich IFA Group Andy was instrumental in the set-up of the UK sales team and the advisers they needed to target.

In 2000 Andy Joined Lincoln Unit Trusts as Business Development Manager and built sales from £500k per year to £125m per year in his final role there as Head of Sales.

2007 saw Andy join Cardif Pinnacle who were part of the BNP Paribas Group as Head of Sales and Distribution. During his time at Cardif Pinnacle his team raised over £1.5bn of assets into their cash proposition.

Andy’s last role before setting up Henwick Park Distribution was with Centurion Fund Managers Europe from 2010. In  his role as Business Development Director, Andy developed and managed distribution in Latin America, Europe & Asia.

Andy is a very driven, personable and organised business developer who builds distribution through clear sales and marketing activities. Andy has built up connections in both the UK and offshore markets.

Peter has been involved in the fund management industry since 1972 and started his career with Legal & General where he became Regional Unit Trust Manager for London.

In 1989 he joined Matheson Unit Trust Managers (part of Jardine Matheson) as CEO. They were subsequently acquired by Cannon.

Following that Peter had executive appointments with Murray Johnstone then Scottish Equitable as Investment Sales Manager and American Phoenix as their Vice President promoting thematic based funds.

He then spent 5 years with Fund Consulting, a company which worked with asset management companies to introduce them to professional intermediaries.

His latest role was at EEA Fund Management where he spent 7 years as their Marketing Director and was responsible for building a sales team that together raised £650m, in the UK and overseas.

Peter is very “hands on’ in dealing with intermediaries and has a contact base of several thousand IFA’s, wealth managers, family offices, institutions and pension funds. With his back ground and connections he is able to add value to fund management groups looking to increase their presence in the intermediary market.
